Summary: As the Laravel Team Lead, you will oversee the development and maintenance of Laravel-based applications within our organization. You will lead a team of developers, ensuring efficient collaboration and high-quality output. Your role is crucial in driving project success through effective planning, execution, and continuous improvement of Laravel projects. Responsibilities: Lead a team of Laravel developers in designing, developing, testing, and deploying robust applications. Collaborate closely with project managers, designers, and stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize tasks, and ensure projects align with business goals. Architect and maintain scalable and efficient Laravel applications. Mentor and coach team members, fostering a collaborative and inclusive team environment. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices. Implement best practices in software development, including coding standards, code reviews, and version control. Troubleshoot issues, debug code, and optimize performance of Laravel applications. Stay updated with Laravel trends, tools, and best practices to continually improve team productivity and product quality. Qualifications: Proven experience (4+ years) as a Laravel developer, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior developer role. Strong proficiency in PHP, Laravel, MySQL, and related web technologies. Experience in leading a team of developers in Agile or similar development methodologies. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
