Responsibilities Design & Modeling • Produce detailed and conceptual design drawings/models for civil infrastructure projects in Hong Kong, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project specifications. • Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to integrate BIM workflows into project lifecycles. BIM Standards & Workflow Management • Develop, implement, and enforce BIM/CAD standards, templates, and best practices across projects. • Maintain and optimize software templates (Revit, Civil3D, etc.) to ensure consistency and efficiency. • Automate repetitive tasks (e.g., annotation, schedule generation) to enhance productivity and reduce errors. • Conduct quality control checks on all deliverables to ensure compliance with company standards and client requirements. Technical Support • Lead BIM implementation on projects, troubleshooting technical issues, and optimizing model performance. • Mentor junior staff through training sessions, knowledge sharing, and onthe-job guidance. • Create customized BIM objects, families, and components to meet specific project needs. Collaboration & Coordination • Follow the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and coordinate with external teams via the Common Data Environment (CDE). • Ensure seamless integration of BIM workflows with project management tools and collaboration platforms. Key Competencies & Skills Technical Proficiency : Advanced expertise in Revit, Civil3D, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and MicroStation. Experience with CDE platforms (e.g., BIM360, Acc) is essential. Software Fluency : Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SharePoint for documentation and collaboration. Communication: Clear, concise English communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
