This role offers high visibility and ownership across financial reporting, compliance, ERP rollout, and regional alignment. Key Responsibilities: Lead internal audits, statutory compliance, and financial controls Oversee ERP system implementation and integration Prepare and consolidate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Monitor cash flow and working capital efficiency Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and financial institutions Support cross-border finance projects and policy development Requirements: Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance; CA, ACCA, or CPA required 10+ years of experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role Strong grasp of IFRS, Indian tax laws, and ERP systems Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Why Apply?
