Position Title: PHE-FF BIM Modeller (Public Health Engineering & Fire Fighting) Experience Required: 7–7 Years Location: Mumbai Department: MEP / BIM Engineering Employment Type: Full-Time Position Overview: We are looking for a skilled PHE-FF Modeller to join our MEP/BIM team. The candidate will be responsible for developing coordinated Public Health Engineering (PHE) and Fire Fighting (FF) system models using BIM software (primarily Revit). The modeller will work closely with mechanical, electrical, and architectural teams to produce clash-free, construction-ready models and drawings. Key Responsibilities: Create and manage 3D BIM models for Public Health Engineering (water supply, drainage, plumbing) and Fire Fighting systems. Develop coordinated layouts based on project specifications and building codes. Prepare detailed drawings, schematics, and documentation for PHE and FF services. Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues using Navisworks or similar tools. Ensure model compliance with company BIM standards and client-specific BIM Execution Plans. Participate in design coordination meetings and support engineers with model-based solutions. Collaborate with architects and structural and MEP teams to ensure integrated designs. Regularly update and maintain model accuracy as per project progress and revisions. Qualifications and Skills: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field. 7-8 years of hands-on experience in BIM modeling for PHE & Fire Fighting systems. Proficient in Revit MEP , AutoCAD, and Navisworks Manage . Knowledge of relevant international and local codes (e.g., NBC, NFPA, UPC, IS codes). Strong understanding of plumbing, drainage, and fire protection systems. Ability to interpret and model based on schematic diagrams and markups. Good communication skills and attention to detail.
