About the Role: This is not a client-facing or creative role — it’s a backend leadership position where you’ll manage studio operations, ensure timely delivery, enforce team accountability, and build the systems that keep a high-functioning creative company running. We're looking for someone who thinks like a founder — someone who doesn’t wait to be told what to do, but sees what’s missing and creates structure, solves problems , and takes full ownership of delivery, administration, and internal coordination. You’ll be the one building and improving systems , overseeing studio discipline, managing internal communication, and becoming the anchor between all teams . You’ll also play a key role in nurturing company culture — from basic HR policies and team check-ins to ensuring the studio remains a positive, organized, and growth-oriented place to work. Key Responsibilities: Own end-to-end project delivery tracking and team follow-ups Maintain internal systems: project logs, timelines, shoot calendars, task assignments Assign and follow up with editors, creative teams, and freelancers Oversee shoot logistics, team bookings, gear tracking, and dispatch systems Create and refine internal processes to ensure smoother coordination and accountability Audit team performance and report productivity gaps to the Founder Track studio assets (hard drives, equipment, gifts, etc.) Take ownership of administration and vendor coordination Handle basic HR operations — attendance, leaves, onboarding docs, team reviews Contribute to culture — initiate HR events, structure review systems, support a safe & professional work environment Work closely with the Founder to review internal pain points and continuously build better internal systems Who is This Role For: Someone with 3–6 years of experience who has independently handled office, studio, or internal operations Has created internal systems before — not just followed what was given Thinks and acts like a leader , but doesn’t need a C-suite title to prove it Brings clarity, structure, and follow-through — without needing daily supervision Enjoys managing teams, solving backend challenges, and getting things done Comfortable being a strong second-in-command , especially when the founder is away Note: While this is a leadership-style role, we’re not looking for heavily senior profiles with 10–15+ years of experience. This is a mid-level role — ideal for someone who’s handled responsibility, built systems, and is now ready to own a central role in a growing creative company.
