About the role In this role, you will drive enterprise-wide HR initiatives, including talent acquisition, workforce planning, and organizational development. You will lead large, diverse teams and leverage data-driven insights and digital HR technologies to support organizational transformation. Collaborating closely with C-suite executives, this position offers a strong platform to enhance your executive leadership profile, influence company culture, and deliver meaningful business impact. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and workforce planning across all regional offices Design and execute employee engagement, retention, and development programs Ensure labor law and HR policy compliance across the organization Manage performance appraisal systems and continuous improvement efforts Advise leadership on structure, succession planning, and change management Mentor regional HR teams to ensure consistency and excellence in operations Coordinate with investors, agencies, and auditors for strategic HR alignment Desired Profile Master's degree from a top-tier business school with 14+ years of experience Expertise in employee relations, HR analytics, leadership development, and labor law compliance Prior success in a high-growth, startup or Series B+ environment (teams of 500–1000+) Strong stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills Location: Mumbai (Vidyavihar) Work days: Monday - Friday
