A high-growth professional services firm is seeking an exceptional professional to lead its Transactions practice. This is an opportunity to lead a transactions desk, step into a leadership role, shape the growth of a practice, and join the firm’s core leadership team. Responsibilities Ø Lead and develop business in M&A transactions, financial due diligence, valuations, and business modeling engagements. Ø Advise clients on deal structuring, capital raising, PE/VC investments, and IPO readiness. Ø Collaborate with the Tax Advisory Lead to deliver seamless transaction execution. Ø Build strong relationships with promoters, investors, family offices, and corporates. Ø Manage, mentor, and grow a team of managers, analysts, and consultants. Ø Oversee quality, timelines, and budgets across all transaction engagements. Ø Drive business development through opportunity identification, pitching, and client acquisition. Qualifications ü 12plus years of experience in transactions advisory, M&A, financial due diligence, valuations, or investment banking. ü CA /MBA qualification. ü Deep understanding of deal structures, valuation models, and transaction execution. ü Proven leadership in managing deals from origination to closure. ü Strong commercial instincts and experience working with founders, CFOs, and investors. ü Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills. ü Desire to build and lead a practice.
