We operate our own fully automated online marketplace offering cloud services such as VPS, backup, cybersecurity, and connectivity. Our goal is to democratize access to powerful cloud infrastructure, with an intuitive self-service experience.We’re now looking for a freelance Growth Expert to help us turn this automated engine into a high-performing growth machine.What You’ll DoAs a Growth Expert, you’ll help us optimize every part of the user journey — from first visit to long-term retention — using data, smart automation, and scalable experiments.You’ll work closely with our marketing and product teams to:Increase conversion ratesImprove user activation and onboardingMaximize customer lifetime value (CLTV)Key ResponsibilitiesAudit and improve acquisition, activation, and monetization flowsDesign A/B tests and growth experiments based on marketplace dataSet up email automations and behavioral workflows in HubSpotPropose and test freemium offers, trials, and upsell mechanismsWork with the design team to optimize UX and pricing pagesBuild growth loops (referrals, share-to-unlock, bundled services)Create dashboards and reports on KPIs (activation, churn, conversion)Advise on pricing models and user segmentation strategiesRequirements3–5+ years of experience in Growth, Product Marketing, or SaaS OptimizationStrong command of HubSpot or similar CRM and automation toolsExperience with Product-Led Growth (PLG) strategiesData-driven mindset (GA4, Mixpanel, Hotjar or similar tools)Comfortable running experiments and tracking detailed KPIsKnowledge of B2B SaaS or Cloud platforms preferredBasic understanding of UI/UX principlesAutonomous, creative, and highly analyticalLanguage NoteFrench is not mandatory, but most clients are French-speaking.You must be comfortable working with content in French (email sequences, UI text, onboarding flows).Either:You can write basic French, orYou can work with our French-speaking team to validate and adjust copy.What You’ll GetA fully operational cloud marketplace to improve and scaleTotal freedom to test, iterate and grow real revenueA committed team and a company in full expansion in Africa and EuropeRemote work, flexible hours, and async collaborationThe chance to play a key role in shaping the growth engine of a cloud companyHow to ApplyPlease send:A short intro (no cover letter needed)1–2 examples of growth experiments you’ve run (with results if possible)Your rate (hourly/day/project)Your availability (start date and bandwidth)
