Brillio are looking for a someone to support the Reporting Lead. ROLE OBJECTIVE: As a member of the Enterprise Service Management (ESM) Practice the Reporting Analyst will create and lead activities related to a large-scale organisational change programme. The role will include: Supporting the team to produce, and own, the creation of new reporting dashboards. Working with client stakeholders to understand key requirements. Support organisational and stakeholder assessments, data analysis development and implementation of people focused transition strategies and strategic communication plans, facilitation of training. Assisting the ACM Lead both in India and the UK to collaborate across the programme workstreams to ensure information sharing and integration of related activities. Support the programme workstreams in integrating OCM activities into their project plans. MAIN DUTIES: Role Responsibilities: Support the ITAM team in providing OTB automated reporting which meets the client’s needs. Identify where tech solutioning is required to further develop reports, in accordance with the client’s needs, and review these with the ServiceNow Architect. Develop and maintain reporting dashboards to support the IT HAM strategic and day to day endeavours. Work cross functionally with client teams to help guide requirements and make data-driven decisions. Provide insightful reporting and analysis against targets and current KPIs. Effectively identify trends with issues / opportunities and make actionable recommendations Work with the training team to ensure reports are understood within the organisation Help drive and embed cultural change to ensure reporting dashboards are adopted within the organisation. Key skills and experience 3 – 5 years of data analytics and reporting experience Strong data analysis skills with experience in data visualisation and reporting tools (Power BI) Advanced competency in ServiceNow Performance Analytics is essential Hold ServiceNow Admin Certification is advantageous Be creative in your approach Ability to prioritise work based on deadlines and criticality GDPR RESPONSIBILITY: We have the responsibility to protect our interests, clients and staff around GDPR.
