Job Description: Design Digital Creatives - Create compelling social media assets, infographics, videos, and template-based designs for various platforms. Develop Brand Collaterals - Design pitch decks, case studies, emailers, web pages, newsletters, and other marketing materials aligned with the brand identity. Website Maintenance - Regularly update and manage the company website using CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress), ensuring content and design accuracy. Cross-functional Design Support - Fulfil internal design requests from different teams while maintaining consistency with brand guidelines. - Manage and incorporate feedback from multiple stakeholders efficiently. Event Branding - Create visual branding and display material for participation in key industry forums and IIT Bombay-hosted events. Agency Collaboration - Coordinate with marketing/design agencies to ensure brand consistency across digital campaigns and visual storytelling. Minimum Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's or Master's with 3-4 years of hands-on experience in Graphic Designer in a professional setting.
