No tax in Oman on Salary.Benefits: Accommodation, annual round ticket to and from home country, 1 month paid leave and end of service benefits (as per Oman Labour Law) and all government visa expense.Must Know Applications3D Max | IllustratorOptional - AutoCadWhat You’ll Do• Designs 3D visuals for event spaces, booths, and installations, along with detailed working drawings for fabrication and production teams.Responsible for creating mood boards and concept directions for events, exhibitions, and brand activations, translating ideas into clear visual stories.• Develops full design proposals, including branding and advertising visuals, aligning creative work with campaign goals and client expectations.• Handles all design outputs – from 3D renderings to layouts and presentations – ensuring visual quality and consistency across each project.• Works closely with sales and operations teams to develop concepts, attend client briefings, and revise designs based on feedback.• Actively contributes to creative brainstorming and brings practical, fresh ideas to each new brief.• Manages design tasks from concept to execution, ensuring high standards and meeting all deadlines.• Communicates design specs to vendors, oversees production accuracy, and supervises fabrication when needed.• Coordinates with contractors, suppliers, and technical teams (lighting, AV, etc.) to ensure smooth on-site execution.• Keeps up to date with design trends, tools, materials, and production techniques to stay ahead creatively.• Must be flexible with work hours, including late nights and overnight shifts when required during project installations.• Oversees on-site installation to ensure final output matches approved designs and resolves design-related issues on the ground.• Manages time and priorities effectively, delivering projects within tight deadlines.• Reports directly to management and the MD, following direction and aligning with company vision and goals.Your experience with us will enrich your understanding and expose you to a dynamic international workplace with people from 5 different nationalities!
