We’re redefining them.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager, located in Kozhikode. The Human Resources Manager will oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. The role includes developing and implementing HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws, handling employee grievances, and contributing to the overall company strategy. Additionally, the Human Resources Manager will coordinate training and development programs, manage HR records, and ensure a positive workplace culture.QualificationsExcellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skillsExperience with recruitment, employee onboarding, and performance managementProficiency in developing and implementing HR policies and strategiesKnowledge of labor laws and regulationsExceptional organizational and time management skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification is a plusExperience in a management role and in the HR field is desiredAbility to work independently and collaboratively with various teams
