Job Description

We are looking for a young, confident, well-spoken, and motivated Sales Executive with 3+ years of prior experience, to join our team and contribute to both in-store retail and B2B sales. This is a dynamic role based out of our flagship store in Greater Kailash I, New Delhi, where the ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a high-quality customer experience on the shop floor while also driving outbound sales efforts for corporate and wedding gifting clients. You should be a presentable and persuasive salesperson, able to handle walk-in customers, assist with store operations, and also manage lead pipelines, follow-ups, and large client orders with professionalism and precision.Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day sales and customer service in the retail storeEngage walk-in customers with product knowledge, tailored suggestions, and excellent serviceDrive outbound sales through cold outreach, follow-ups, and relationship-building with corporate and wedding gifting clientsHandle inbound leads through website, social media, or referrals and convert them effectively, while maintaining organized records of leads, follow-ups, orders, and client communicationsAttend meetings with large clients, planners, or institutions and close high-value dealsRepresent the brand at client exhibitions, or events when neededPrepare and share quotations, product presentations, and closing proposals in response to client needsAssist in managing inventory, requisitions, and visual merchandising as per store standardsFollow established systems and best practices for inventory tracking, sales reporting, and order coordinationCollaborate with internal teams (dispatch, packaging, backend) to ensure timely and quality delivery of ordersShare customer feedback and insights to improve service and product offeringsRequirements 3+ years of retail and/or B2B sales experience, preferably in luxury retail, lifestyle sales, or corporate/wedding giftingStrong written and oral communication skills in English, with a confident and professional presenceComfortable managing both retail customers and high-value B2B clientsPresentable, well-groomed, and capable of handling high-pressure situations calmlyProven ability to work with outbound leads, close sales, and maintain detailed lead trackingHighly organised, proactive, and able to work independentlyStrong analytical mindset with the ability to track performance and improve systems and processes.Familiar with CRM tools, Google Sheets/Excel, WhatsApp Business, and email outreachExperience using Instagram or LinkedIn for business development, exposure to exhibitions, trade fairs, or showroom sales and a personal interest in design, décor, luxury products are preferred.Benefits Fixed compensation at par with industry standards along with commission pay to reward good work.Opportunity to work with a close-knit team on large-scale projects.Steep learning curve.
