 We’re Hiring: Performance Marketing Manager Lead – Digital Personal   Loans  Location: Mumbai  Experience: 4+ years in NBFC or Fintech (must have experience acquiring customers for personal loans digitally) Apollo Finvest is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who’s obsessed with data, experiments non-stop, and loves using tech to solve real-world growth problems. This role is not just about running ads — it’s about building a data-driven customer acquisition machine for our digital personal loan app. You’ll work directly with our Risk, Data Science, and Collections teams to understand the kind of borrowers we want — and then figure out the most efficient way to acquire them, online or offline. We’re looking for someone who loves to test, learn, and improve — and who’s excited to use AI, automation, and new-age tools to stay ahead of the curve. Innovation meets compliance, and speed meets scale – that's the Apollo way. What You’ll Do Own all paid marketing efforts across Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, and offline channels. Understand borrower segments from a credit and collections lens , and design campaigns to reach high-quality borrowers . Run continuous A/B tests — creatives, audiences, copy, landing pages, and more. Use AI-powered marketing tools for smarter targeting, bidding, and creative automation. Partner with Data Science, Risk, and Collections teams to ensure acquisition of high-quality, repaying customers . Optimize the entire funnel — from install to disbursal to repayment . Build performance dashboards with attribution tools (Appsflyer/Branch) to track campaigns and cohorts. Explore innovative channels — WhatsApp marketing, influencer collaborations, offline activations, and partnerships. Analyze not just acquisition cost , but also repayment behavior and portfolio profitability . What You’ll Need 4+ years of experience in digital marketing for personal loans within fintech or NBFCs. Proven track record running campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), WhatsApp, YouTube . Strong collaboration with credit or risk teams to build smarter targeting strategies . Familiarity with mobile app performance marketing and conversion funnels . Hands-on experience with Appsflyer, Branch, Mixpanel or similar tools. A data-first mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills. Bonus Points If You Have: Experience with AI/ML-based marketing platforms (Smartly.io, Madgicx, Segment, or custom tools). Expertise in creative automation (e.g., Pencil, Canva + automation stacks). Exposure to offline acquisition channels (DSA networks, on-ground campaigns, referral programs, or embedded finance). Comfort with SQL or Google Sheets for pulling performance data. What Success Looks Like You’re acquiring the right borrowers , not just the cheapest leads.
