Job Title

As Site Head – Consumer Durables (Neemrana) , you will be responsible for overseeing all plant operations—including production, quality assurance, maintenance, supply chain, safety, and regulatory compliance—ensuring seamless execution of daily manufacturing targets and operational KPIs. Reporting directly to the EVP–Operations, you’ll develop and implement strategic production plans aligned with business goals, manage budgets, optimize resource and inventory utilisation, and lead continuous improvement initiatives (Lean/Six‑Sigma) to drive cost efficiency and OEE enhancements. You’ll also be charged with mentoring and developing a high-performing cross‑functional team, stewarding EHS and quality standards, and spearheading greenfield expansions or capacity builds as needed to support the company's growth in consumer durables.
