About the Role We are seeking an energetic and persuasive Telecaller to join our front-line outreach team. In this full-time, on-site role, you will be responsible for engaging with students and parents over the phone, promoting our counseling services, and driving appointment bookings. This is a target-driven role ideal for someone with a passion for sales, education, and impactful communication. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents from our leads database Clearly explain our career counseling services and benefits Schedule appointments for counseling sessions and follow up consistently Handle inbound queries with professionalism and product knowledge Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and outcomes Coordinate with the counseling and operations team for smooth handovers Requirements Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi Confident, persuasive, and driven to meet sales targets Strong listening skills and a student-friendly approach Ability to work under pressure and meet daily/weekly call goals Basic computer skills (MS Office, call management tools) Prior experience in telesales, customer service, or the education sector is a plus What We Offer Attractive incentives for high performance Supportive, growth-oriented work environment Opportunity to make a real impact in students’ lives
