Key Responsibilities Lead Recognition using AI Tools : Leverage AI-based tools and platforms to identify high-potential leads, analyze prospect behavior, and prioritize outreach efforts efficiently. Email Marketing Campaigns : Plan and execute strategic email marketing campaigns for lead nurturing, re-engagement, and conversion. Align messaging with client segments and sales funnel stages. Identify Growth Opportunities: Research market trends, competitor strategies, and industry gaps to uncover new business avenues. Client Relationship Management: Build strong, long-term relationships by deeply understanding client needs and delivering customized solutions. Campaign Ideation & Pitching: Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to develop compelling proposals and campaign concepts. Contract Negotiation: Lead the negotiation and closing process, ensuring win-win agreements that drive profitability and client value. Internal Coordination: Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution and delivery of projects post-sign-off. Performance Analysis: Track and report KPIs for business development efforts, using data to refine outreach and closing strategies. Trendspotting & Innovation: Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and recommend innovative ideas to enhance client offerings. Regional Expansion: Identify new markets and sectors with potential, and build tailored GTM strategies. Marketing & Communication Support: Assist in crafting client-facing decks, emailers, and communication flows that win attention and business. Required Skills & Experience 4+ years in business development, sales, or client servicing — preferably at a marketing/digital agency or brand-side in a strategic role. Hands-on experience with AI-powered lead generation tools , CRM systems , and email marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Lemlist, Apollo, Instantly.ai, etc.) Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a passion for storytelling and creative thinking. Proven track record of closing deals and growing client relationships. Understanding of digital marketing and integrated campaign planning. Bachelor's/Master's degree or PG Diploma in Marketing, Business, or related field.
