Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Marketer located in Mumbai. The Performance Marketer will be responsible for planning and executing performance marketing strategies across various digital platforms. Key tasks include managing and optimizing PPC campaigns, tracking and analyzing campaign performance, A/B testing various creative and messaging, collaborating with the creative team to develop impactful ads, and monitoring industry trends to keep strategies current. The role also involves identifying new growth opportunities, reporting on campaign performance, and making data-driven recommendations to improve ROI. Qualifications 1 year of Media Buying / Performance Marketing Experience on Meta & Google platforms for D2C brands Experience with PPC campaigns, Google Ads, and Social Media Advertising Strong analytical skills for tracking and analyzing campaign performance Ability to perform A/B testing and optimize creative and messaging Experience in collaborating with creative teams to develop impactful ads Familiarity with industry trends and ability to identify new growth opportunities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
