Job Title: Account Manager Key Responsibilities: Responsible for being a Single point of contact (SPOC) to the clients. Stay in regular touch with all customers in the given portfolio to service the account in a holistic manner. Ensure that customer's business goals and requirements are being met. Review all major deliverables at regular intervals to ensure quality standards are maintained and customer expectations are met. Identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities for existing customers to increase company revenue and customer's use of all services of Farvision Conduct periodic internal audits and collects positive feedback from the clients as well as the team to improve operational efficiency and revenues. Spearhead meetings and presentation briefs for the top management or Functional Head with the client for creative and innovative out of box thinking. Proactively handle any arising issues and troubleshoot any emerging problems through efficient risk management. Shall be solely in charge of 30-40 clients each and will be responsible for the collections as well.
