Job Title: Senior Odoo Developer (Contract Basis) Company: Oxrow – A Division of Duckman Studio Pvt. Ltd. We are actively seeking experienced Odoo professionals to support high-impact client projects on a contractual, project-based engagement. Role Overview: We are looking for a Senior Odoo Developer with 5+ years of proven experience in technical and/or functional Odoo development. The ideal candidate will be capable of managing complete Odoo implementations, module customization, and third-party integrations while ensuring high standards in code quality and project delivery. Key Responsibilities: Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules as per business requirements. Lead technical implementation for end-to-end Odoo projects. Analyze complex business requirements and design scalable solutions. Create reports, workflows, dashboards, and third-party integrations. Provide troubleshooting, performance tuning, and ongoing support. Collaborate with project managers, functional consultants, and clients. Ensure proper documentation and adherence to best development practices. Required Skills & Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in Odoo Development (Technical and/or Functional). Strong command of Odoo framework, ORM, API, and module customization. Proficiency in Python, PostgreSQL, XML, JavaScript, and QWeb. Experience working with multiple Odoo versions (including v14 – v17). Familiarity with Odoo.sh, on-premise deployments, and Git version control. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Excellent communication and time management skills. Prior experience working in contract/freelance setups is a plus.
