The role involves handling onboarding to exit formalities, employee engagement, grievance management, statutory compliances, and client coordination. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end HR operations (from onboarding to exit). Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters, probation confirmation, and extension letters. Address employee queries and grievances within defined timelines (TAT). Ensure adherence to statutory compliances and internal HR policies. Conduct client follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and resolve service-related issues. Assist in escalations and participate in client visits as needed. Should have prior experience working with an IT company and expertise in IT hiring. Desired Candidate Profile: 5–8 years of experience in HRBP/HR operations roles.
