Known for our trend-forward designs and sharp execution, we are now scaling our presence across both digital and offline channels.Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced and high-performing Key Account Manager (KAM) to drive and manage our platform business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fashion e-commerce and a proven track record of growing key marketplace accounts.Key Responsibilities: Full ownership of Rubans’ business on Myntra and Flipkart – revenue, assortment, pricing, and platform relationships. Plan and execute platform campaigns, product launches, and brand visibility initiatives. Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination across inventory, cataloging, marketing, and logistics. Analyze platform data to identify trends, gaps, and growth opportunities. Maintain strong relationships with category managers to maximize brand visibility and participation in key events. Monitor returns, service levels, and stock health to ensure operational excellence. Deliver monthly forecasts, performance reviews, and reporting to the leadership team. Candidate Requirements: 4–5 years of relevant experience in fashion e-commerce , with direct exposure to Myntra and Flipkart . Solid understanding of platform tools, algorithms, and campaign mechanics. Highly analytical with excellent Excel skills and marketplace dashboard know-how.
