This system is designed to streamline procurement workflows and enhance efficiency across operations by automating estimation tasks, improving coordination, and integrating AI/ML features. Technology Stack Frontend: Angular (MEAN Stack – MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js) Backend: PHP, CodeIgniter Database: MySQL AI/ML Integration CRM and Estimation Tools Development Key Responsibilities 1. Product Strategy & Roadmap Define and drive the product vision in line with AORBIS business goals. Build and own the product roadmap – balancing short-term goals with long-term innovation. Align cross-functional teams (software developers, QA, business users) with product objectives. Integrate AI/ML capabilities to optimize procurement workflows and enhance user insights. Stay informed on emerging technologies, particularly in procurement automation and CRM systems. 2. Requirements Gathering & Prioritization Collaborate with business and operations teams to gather requirements, translate them into actionable user stories. Prioritize features based on business impact, user needs, and technical feasibility. Lead product backlog grooming and sprint planning sessions. Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine features and user experience. 3. Product Delivery & Lifecycle Management Manage the full product lifecycle from ideation to deployment and iteration. Oversee the development of internal tools for estimation, CRM, and task management. Track performance using product analytics and define success metrics. Proactively mitigate risks and resolve roadblocks to ensure timely releases. 4. Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement Work closely with QA and Dev teams to ensure product quality, functionality, and performance. Implement feedback loops for continuous product and process improvements. Ensure compliance with internal standards and client expectations, particularly in the AEC and procurement space.
