Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Client Relationship Manager in the jewelry sector, based in Mumbai. The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction. Daily tasks include client communications, sales support, coordination with design and production teams, and overseeing the client order fulfillment process. The role also involves identifying client needs and opportunities to drive sales growth and customer loyalty.
