About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and driven Account Manager – Client Servicing who also brings a strong flair for Business Development . The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing key client relationships, ensuring the successful delivery of campaigns, and simultaneously identifying and converting new business opportunities to fuel agency growth. Key Responsibilities: Client Servicing: Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients; build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Understand client needs and deliver strategic and creative advertising solutions across multiple platforms (print, digital, social, ATL/BTL). Coordinate with internal teams – creative, media, strategy, and production – to ensure timely execution and delivery of campaigns. Develop clear and insightful client briefs and ensure alignment with brand goals. Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables efficiently and proactively communicate with stakeholders. Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities across sectors. Build a pipeline of potential clients and partnerships. Prepare business pitches and proposals in coordination with the creative and strategy teams. Represent the agency in client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities. Work closely with leadership to achieve revenue targets and strategic growth objectives. Required Skills & Qualifications: 4–6 years of experience in a client servicing/account management role in an advertising/creative/branding agency. Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition. Strong understanding of integrated marketing communication (IMC) and brand strategy. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously. A problem-solver with a strategic mindset and an eye for detail. Passion for creativity, innovation, and delivering impact-driven campaigns. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Mass Communication, or a related field. MBA or a postgraduate degree in a relevant discipline is a plus. A well-connected individual in the advertising/marketing ecosystem will be an added advantage.
