About the Role Pocket TV is home to high-drama micro shows in romance and supernatural genres. We're looking for a Production Manager to lead the creation of high-performing promos that hook users instantly. You'll work closely with writers and editors to shape emotionally powerful, story-led promos that perform across platforms like Meta and YouTube. Strong creative instincts and a sharp eye for what works are key. Responsibilities Lead end-to-end promo production across multiple shows Collaborate with writers and editors to craft compelling, hook-driven ads Guide creative tone and storytelling across romance, betrayal, and fantasy genres Align with growth to ensure promos are optimized for performance (CPI/CTR) Review and refine scripts and edits for emotional impact and clarity Manage timelines, resources, and freelance partners Requirements 5-6 years in content, ad production, or creative marketing Strong storytelling instincts and creative judgment Experience working closely with writers and video editors Background in short-form, drama, or supernatural content preferred Familiar with Meta/YouTube ad formats and performance metrics
