Our mission is to craft engaging content, strategic marketing campaigns, and impactful visual storytelling to elevate our clients' presence. Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager to join our team at 424 House. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies for both our hospitality and personal branding clients. You will work closely with our clients to understand their vision and goals, and then translate those into creative, data-driven marketing campaigns. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and can manage multiple projects while maintaining high standards of creativity and client service. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic marketing plans tailored to our hospitality and personal branding clients. Creating engaging content, including social media posts, and other digital assets.  Manage and optimize social media accounts for clients, ensuring consistent and compelling messaging. Collaborate with the team to develop visually appealing marketing materials. Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to meet KPIs. Track industry trends and best practices, and bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table. Manage timelines and project deadlines, ensuring that all deliverables are on time and within budget. Qualifications: Proven experience in marketing, with a focus on hospitality and/or personal branding industries. Strong knowledge of social media platforms, digital marketing strategies, and analytics tools. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building and maintaining client relationships. Creative and strategic thinker with the ability to problem-solve and innovate. Proficiency in design & marketing tools and software (e.g., Canva, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Mailchimp, etc.). A degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is a plus. Pay Range: ₹ 40,000 - ₹ 50,000 Based on experience
