Experience Required: 3–4 years in strategy/planning roles at a mainline or integrated advertising agency About the Role: As a Planning Lead , you will be the strategic backbone for key client brands — responsible for driving brand thinking, integrated campaign planning, and delivering business impact through insight-led strategy. This role demands strong collaboration, brand understanding, and the ability to translate data and research into creative strategic direction. Key Responsibilities: Lead brand planning and campaign strategy across clients, aligning marketing objectives with creative execution. Develop quarterly and annual brand plans, integrating consumer insights, data trends, and brand objectives. Drive collaboration with cross-functional teams (creative, digital, media, content) to deliver cohesive campaign strategies. Own the creation and tracking of KPI sheets, sales trackers, and strategy mastersheets across all brands. Identify and convert opportunities for cross-selling agency services and expanding client relationships. Champion award-winning and insight-driven campaigns by leveraging research, behavioral data, and trend mapping. Implement streamlined processes, SOPs, and team planning tools to improve strategic output and delivery efficiency. Lead PR-worthy initiatives and case studies to elevate the agency’s profile in the industry. Constantly evaluate and audit service quality to improve client value, internal systems, and the agency’s strategic reputation. Requirements: 3–4 years of experience in strategic planning at a mainline/integrated advertising agency. Proven experience in building brand strategies, campaign roadmaps, and communication frameworks. Strong analytical thinking backed by consumer behavior understanding and research interpretation. Exposure to ATL/BTL/Digital campaigns with a focus on business-driven creative planning. Ability to lead internal teams, manage multiple brands, and deliver with speed and clarity. Excellent presentation, storytelling, and stakeholder communication skills.
