Profile : - Operation Cordinator - OS&E Location : - Bangalore JD : - Job Objectives ❖ Maintain application-data readiness to create BoQs and budgets. ❖ Correlate data across from different sources effectively. ❖ Work with vendors globally to ensure product catalog information is current. ❖ Communicate with clients remotely to address project-related issues and requirements. ❖ Handle project challenges while meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs). ❖ Assist in preparing OS&E BoQs and budgets for hospitality clients. Must display a sound understanding of budgetary considerations to ensure accurate and comprehensive cost planning. Job Responsibilities: ❖ Maintain data from various stakeholders to build the master database for budgets. ❖ Maintain vendor product catalogs using Provision’s vendor portal/platform by engaging with vendors. ❖ Evaluate client project requirements for completeness and correctness for budget preparation. ❖ Prepare OS&E BoQs, budgets and client dashboards (Excel-based) using Provision’s technology platform. ❖ To assist the Operations Manager with their client correspondence and presentations. ❖ To maintain records of activities online, in accordance with the management directives. Desired Skills and Experience ❖ Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance & Accounting, BBA, BBM or equivalent. ❖ Basic understanding of hotel operations and OS&E requirements. Alternatively, the candidate must display the intent and ability to absorb necessary industry and process training. ❖ Proficient in Excel for handling large volumes of itemized data, including organizing, sorting, and analyzing data (e.g., using pivot tables, VLOOKUP etc.). ❖ Ability to ensure data accuracy, track product prices, and ensure consistency in the information gathered from vendors. ❖ At least 3-4 years of experience in data accumulation, complex data processing, or procurement support, ideally in a BPO for the hospitality industry. ❖ Experience using Excel to organize and analyze large sets of data is a must. ❖ Ability to assist in the preparation of budgets by accumulating accurate pricing and quantities for all necessary items. ❖ Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively liaise with vendors and suppliers to obtain accurate data and pricing.
