Role Description This is a Part time & full-time on-site/ Hybrid role for a Personnel Assistant located in Bengaluru . The Personnel Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support for various HR functions, all other operations including benefits administration and hiring processes. Daily tasks will include assisting in the coordination of interviews, maintaining employee records, managing schedules, and supporting communication and cooperation between departments. The Personnel Assistant will work closely with the Management to ensure smooth operations and effective personnel management.
