We are seeking a Database Performance Optimization Expert with proven skills in SQL tuning, AWR analysis, and Exadata performance to be a trusted advisor for our enterprise customers. What You’ll Do Engage directly with enterprise customers to address complex database performance issues Lead Hyper Care engagements, acting as the technical point of contact Identify performance bottlenecks using tools like AWR , SQL Plan analysis , and indexing strategies Optimize query performance, I/O issues, and resource contention scenarios Collaborate with product teams to drive long-term database health and customer satisfaction ✅ Must-Have Skills Strong command of Oracle Database, PL/SQL, and SQL Tuning Deep understanding of Exadata architecture & optimization techniques Hands-on with performance tools: AWR, SQL Plans, Index tuning Excellent communication and autonomy in handling critical phases of customer projects Nice to Have Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Familiarity with Oracle Product Development lifecycle and Customer Success model Exposure to emerging trends in database optimization and cloud performance Why Oracle CSS?
