Job Description We’re hiring a Customer Support Executive (Live Chat & Email) to assist customers across our eCommerce businesses. This is an entry-level role perfect for freshers with strong written English, fast typing skills, and a customer-first mindset. You’ll be the first line of support for order queries, product questions, and general assistance via chat and email. Location: WFH / Remote Work Hours: Mon – Saturday, US Business Hours Contact: Responsibilities Respond to customer queries via live chat and email in a clear and friendly manner Assist with questions about orders, shipping, returns, and product info Work with internal teams to resolve issues and keep customers informed Follow SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) to ensure consistent support Keep records of customer interactions and flag recurring issues Maintain high response speed and tone quality throughout the day Requirements Freshers welcome – no prior experience needed Strong written English and communication skills Fast typing speed with good accuracy Reliable internet connection and ability to work from home without distractions Basic understanding of how online shopping works Friendly, patient, and solution-oriented mindset Bonus: Familiarity with Gmail, chat tools, or spreadsheets is a plus Who We Are Founded in 2018, Webmark is a digital marketing agency and SaaS powerhouse with a growing portfolio of successful SaaS and eCommerce ventures.
