Job Description:-- The Dynamics 365 CRM Technical consultant leads the end-to-end design and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions across Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service, or other modules. The role focuses on aligning system architecture with business goals, ensuring scalable, secure, and performant solutions. . Key Responsibilities: Define solution architecture for complex Dynamics 365 CRM implementations. Lead technical discovery and design sessions with customers and stakeholders. Translate business requirements into a scalable, secure CRM architecture. Design integrations using Power Platform, Azure Logic Apps, Dataverse, APIs, etc. Oversee development and customisation efforts, including plugins, workflows, custom entities, and Power Automate flows. Ensure adherence to Microsoft best practices and compliance/security standards. Create architecture documents, solution design documents, and technical diagrams. Mentor and guide CRM consultants and developers. Collaborate with enterprise architects on broader platform alignment. Provide leadership during UAT, deployment, and go-live phases. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience as Dynamics CRM Technical Consultant. Proven expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM modules (Field Services, Project Operations, etc.). Hands-on experience in Power Platform, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse. Deep knowledge of integration technologies (Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API management). Familiarity with ALM (DevOps, CI/CD pipelines for Dynamics).
