Job Title - Nexthink Implementation Consultant Job Type - Onsite (Dubai)Experience - 6+ Years Job Description -Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Nexthink Implementation Consultant to lead the design, deployment, and integration of Nexthink Digital Employee Experience (DEX) solutions. The ideal candidate will work with IT teams to ensure successful implementation, customization, and value realization from the Nexthink platform. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end implementation of Nexthink platform in enterprise environments Design and configure dashboards, campaigns, investigations, and remote actions Integrate Nexthink with existing ITSM tools (e.g., Service Now) and CMDB systems Customize metrics and KPIs based on business needs and SLAs Conduct workshops with stakeholders to define DEX goals and success criteria Build and deploy automated remediation scripts using Nexthink remote actions Monitor implementation progress, identify risks, and provide mitigation plans Provide training and enablement for internal teams on Nexthink capabilities Collaborate with Nexthink Support and Professional Services when required Perform ongoing optimization of dashboards, alerts, and reports post-deployment Required Skills & Qualifications: ~6+ years of IT Operations / EUC experience with at least 2 years on Nexthink platform ~ Hands-on experience with Nexthink Portal, Finder, Engage, and Remote Actions ~ Strong understanding of ITIL, ITSM processes, and employee experience KPIs ~ Scripting knowledge (Power Shell, Python, or Shell scripting) for automation tasks ~ Familiarity with integrations using REST APIs, Service Now, or similar platforms ~ Experience in analyzing endpoint data and driving remediation ~ Strong documentation and presentation skills ~ Nexthink certification (preferred)Nice-to-Have: Experience with SCCM, Intune, or other device management platforms Background in desktop engineering or digital workplace solutions Knowledge of data analytics and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
