Job Role: House Charging Specialist Location: Mumbai/Pune - West Region Sector: Electric Vehicle Charging Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 1-2 years Department: Operations Why Statiq? About the Role: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to oversee home charger installation operations across the western region of India (MH, GJ, MP, Goa). The candidate will be responsible for coordinating installation activities, ensuring compliance with technical and safety standards, and providing an excellent customer experience. RESPONSIBILITIES: Coordinate and supervise home EV charger installations at customer premises across assigned states. West India – Covering Maharashtra, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, and Goa Liaise with internal teams, vendors, and electricians to ensure timely and quality installations Conduct pre-installation checks, load assessments, and site surveys Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during or post-installation Ensure adherence to electrical safety standards and customer satisfaction Maintain accurate records of installations and generate reports Support escalation handling and ensure SLA compliance Maintain local vendor and technician relationships WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? Education: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical & Electronics, Electronics & Communication, or Mechanical Engineering Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in field operations, EV charger installation, or electrical systems Technical Knowledge: Understanding of electrical systems and basic wiring Familiarity with EV charging standards and protocols (preferred but not mandatory) Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams Key Skills: Strong field coordination and vendor management Good communication and problem-solving skills Proficiency in report creation and MS Excel/Word Basic troubleshooting of hardware issues Languages: Mandatory: Hindi, English, Marathi Added Advantage: Gujarati WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
