To independently assess the conceptual framework, methodology, data, and implementation of models. To validate models using Statistical and Machine Learning methods To suggest and propose changes in Models To evaluate potential risks associated with model usage and performance, including financial, operational, and reputational risks To conduct independent performance reviews, back-testing and benchmarking. To ensure compliance with RBI and other regulatory standards To collaborate with model development team, compliance, audit, and risk teams. To maintain clear, auditable documentation of validation processes and findings.
