Job Title: Senior Performance Marketer (Meta/Google Ads Expert – Ecommerce Division) Company Name: EVitamin Business Consulting Pvt. Ltd. We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Expert — someone who lives and breathes Meta or Google Ads (or both) and has scaled high-revenue campaigns across ecommerce and D2C brands. In this role, you'll take ownership of performance campaigns, driving high-volume customer acquisition, revenue growth, and full-funnel strategy across channels. Key Roles and Responsibilities; ● Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize high-spend performance campaigns on Meta and/or Google Ads — focused on conversions, new user acquisition, and LTV growth. ● Strategic Growth: Build full-funnel acquisition strategies with innovative strategies to scale ROAS and revenue across product categories. ● Performance Analytics: Drive a data-led approach using GA, Ads Manager, and third-party attribution tools. Run A/B tests, generate insights, and optimize for ROI. ● Budget Optimization: Manage large marketing budgets with full control over CPA, ROAS, CAC, and funnel-based performance. ● Cross-Platform Integration: Align campaigns across CRM, SEO, affiliate, and content to drive cohesive growth. ● Growth Innovation: Ideate and test breakthrough ideas that can scale acquisition or improve funnel conversion by 10X. Key Skills & Qualifications; ● Educational Background: MBA/BE/ B.Tech or equivalent degree/certifications ● Expertise in Meta Ads and/or Google Ads — minimum 1–6 years running conversion-focused, high-spend campaigns ● Hands-on experience scaling ecommerce businesses (D2C preferred ) ● Strong analytics mindset — comfortable with data, attribution, and customer journey mapping ● Ability to own end-to-end strategy and execution — not just launch but scale ● Excellent Communication Skills About the Company: Evitamin, founded in 2015, is a fast-growing digital marketing and IT solutions company headquartered in Indore.
