Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills. Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work. Handle escalated customer queries and complaints effectively. Provide resolutions to issues in a professional and efficient manner. Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve issues. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and escalations. Adapt to rotational shifts and accompany team schedules as required. Qualifications Minimum of 1 year experience in a BPO.
