About the Role We are looking for a skilled and motivated AI/ML Developer with strong expertise in time series forecasting and pattern detection to join our growing AI team. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain AutoML pipelines for financial time series data, create scalable forecasting models, and work on AI models for technical pattern recognition. Key Responsibilities - Design and implement AutoML frameworks for time series forecasting. - Develop and maintain robust forecasting models using historical stock/market data. - Build AI models for technical pattern detection, anomaly detection, and signal generation. - Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate models into production environments. - Maintain model performance tracking, retraining, and version control. - Conduct feature engineering and ensure data pipelines are optimized for modeling tasks. - Evaluate and compare models using ML Ops best practices and performance metrics. - Document model assumptions, decisions, and architecture clearly for cross-functional stakeholders. Required Skills & Qualifications - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related field. - 3+ years of hands-on experience in Machine Learning, especially in time series forecasting. - Proficiency in Python and libraries such as PyTorch (mandatory), Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn. - Solid understanding of deep learning models like LSTM, GRU, Transformer-based architectures for time series. - Experience with data-centric development and feature store maintenance. - Strong foundation in data preprocessing, feature selection, and model evaluation techniques. - Prior experience working with financial data, tick data, or market indicators is a plus. - Familiarity with ML Ops tools for pipeline management (e.g., MLflow, DVC, Airflow) is an advantage. - Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills (Bonus) - Knowledge of probabilistic forecasting models (e.g., Prophet, DeepAR, Temporal Fusion Transformer). - Experience in real-time data ingestion and streaming analytics. - Background in technical analysis, chart patterns, or financial modeling.
