Job Title: Chartered Accountant (CA) – Insurance Operations Manager & Sr. Manager Department: Group Insurance Servicing Location: Mumbai Reporting To: Operations/Claims Head Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant (CA) to support the operational and analytical functions related to the Group Personal Accident (GPA) and Group Mediclaim (GMC) insurance policies. The selected candidate will play a critical role in data analysis, preparation of key reports, and delivering actionable insights to support decision-making and policy servicing for large institutional clients. Key Responsibilities: Data Management & Analysis: Collate, validate, and analyse large datasets related to enrolment, premiums, claims, and endorsements. Perform trend analysis, variance analysis, and Premium Calculation for GPA and GMC policies. Reporting: Prepare detailed periodic reports (monthly/quarterly/annual) on claims performance, utilization patterns, and financial summaries. Support renewal documentation and reporting by providing historical data comparisons and financial forecasts. Financial summaries and premium comparisons Presentation & Insights: Develop and present dashboards, Power Point presentations, and executive summaries for internal reviews and client discussions. Transform complex data into visual formats and business insights for better understanding and decision-making. Liaison & Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams, insurance companies, TPAs, and bank officials for data-related requirements and clarifications. Support the claims servicing and underwriting teams with analytical inputs. Audit & Compliance: Ensure accurate financial reporting and adherence to internal audit norms and regulatory standards. Maintain proper documentation and audit trails for all analysis and reporting activities. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong proficiency in MS Excel (advanced), Power Point, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI– preferred)Robust analytical and numerical abilities Knowledge of insurance domain – preferably GPA & GMC – will be an advantage Ability to handle and interpret large datasets Strong communication and presentation skills High attention to detail and deadline orientation Qualifications & Experience: ~ Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory ~1–3 years of relevant experience in data analysis/reporting roles ~ Experience in insurance or healthcare domain preferred
