About the Role We are seeking a skilled and experienced paid acquisition professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive paid acquisition strategies that drive qualified pipeline for the company. As a key member of our demand generation team, you will own the strategy and execution of all paid acquisition and account-based marketing programs. This includes managing end-to-end campaigns across multiple channels, orchestrating 1:1 and 1:few ABM plays in HubSpot, and continually optimizing spend toward CAC payback and revenue goals. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in paid acquisition and account-based marketing, with experience in managing large budgets and driving pipeline growth. They will also be a strong communicator and able to translate metrics into actionable recommendations. Key Responsibilities Paid Acquisition: End-to-end management of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Meta Ads, and Bing Ads, including daily budget pacing, bid strategy tuning, and creative refreshes. Account-Based Marketing: Partner with sales to tier target accounts, craft 1:1 and 1:few sequences, and orchestrate ads + email + social touches through HubSpot. Optimization & Testing: A/B and multivariate testing on ad creative, copy, landing pages, and offers, with a focus on translating findings into data-driven action plans. Attribution & Reporting: Own dashboards in HubSpot Marketing Hub, connecting efforts to pipeline, CAC payback, and revenue, and presenting insights and next steps to RevOps and leadership. Requirements 3-5+ years hands-on experience with Google Ads / Search & Display, Facebook Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads, and Bing Ads / Microsoft Ads. HubSpot Marketing Hub power-user with experience in lists, workflows, smart content, and multi-touch attribution. Proven ABM playbook, including ICP definition, list building, and multi-channel orchestration. Experience managing $100k/mo cumulative budget and reporting on ROAS & pipeline. Nice-to-Haves Experience with other paid platforms, such as YouTube, Reddit, and X/Twitter. Zoho Marketing Automation / CRM familiarity. WordPress landing-page or blog management. Basic graphic design and copywriting skills. Soft Skills Data-first mindset, fluent in Sheets/Excel and GA4. Clear communicator who can translate metrics into plain-English recommendations. Bias for action, iterating fast, documenting learning, and double-down on winners.
