Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Ivante Expert Consultant to lead and support ERP initiatives centered around the Ivante platform remotely for our client in India for $2-5 USD an hour. Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Ivanti Consultant to join our IT services team. This role is responsible for the design, implementation, configuration, and support of Ivanti solutions, including ITSM, ITAM, Endpoint Manager, and Patch Management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT service management and endpoint configuration, with hands-on experience deploying Ivanti products in enterprise environments. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement Ivanti solutions tailored to client requirements. Configure and maintain Ivanti modules such as ITSM, EPM, Patch for Windows/Linux, and Asset Management. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Ivanti-related issues. Develop documentation, training materials, and user guides. Perform upgrades, patching, and performance tuning of Ivanti environments. Integrate Ivanti with other enterprise systems (e.g., Active Directory, SCCM, ServiceNow). Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users and administrators. Qualifications: Proven experience as an Ivanti Consultant or similar role. Strong knowledge of Ivanti products (ITSM, EPM, Patch Management, etc.). Familiarity with ITIL practices and service management frameworks. Experience with scripting languages (PowerShell, VBScript) is a plus. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
