This role involves managing employee lifecycle activities, HR systems, payroll coordination, compliance, and HR data management. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling sensitive information with discretion. Key Responsibilities: Employee Lifecycle Management Support onboarding, induction, and exit processes Manage documentation for hiring, transfers, promotions, and terminations Maintain and update employee records in HRIS systems Payroll & Benefits Administration Liaise with finance/payroll teams to ensure accurate salary processing Administer employee benefits and resolve related queries Maintain leave and attendance records Compliance & Policy Adherence Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies Prepare and file statutory documentation (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.) Conduct regular audits of HR documentation and systems HR Systems & Reporting Manage and update the HRIS system Generate reports for HR metrics, audits, and leadership reviews Support implementation of HR technologies and digitalization Employee Support & Communication Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures Coordinate employee engagement and wellness programs Ensure smooth communication between HR and other departments
