Cosmetics & Personal Care Manufacturing Company at DR Congo. Position : Head - R&D and Manufacturing Creating and testing new cosmetic formulations, including makeup, skincare, and hair care products. - Product Testing: Conducting stability, safety, and efficacy tests on cosmetic products. - Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring products meet relevant cosmetic regulations and safety standards. - Developing new technologies and approaches to cosmetic product development. - Production Management: - Developing and implementing production schedules and workflows to meet demand and optimize efficiency. - Monitoring production processes and adjusting schedules as needed. - Overseeing bulk production, filling, packing, and logistics operations. - Quality Control: - Establishing and maintaining quality control programs to ensure products meet established standards. - Monitoring product quality throughout the production process. - Team Management: - Supervising and motivating production teams. - Identifying training needs and providing guidance to team members. - Identifying areas for improvement in production processes and efficiency. - Implementing changes to optimize production costs and enhance product quality. - Collaborating with other departments, such as R&D, marketing, and sales, to ensure smooth operations. - B. E. (Chemical) with 15+ years of experience in cosmetic manufacturing, with progressive managerial responsibilities. - Experience working in Africa is MUST, preferably in DR Congo - Strong understanding of cosmetic manufacturing processes, including formulation, filling, packaging, and quality control. - Familiarity with relevant cosmetic regulations and standards, such as GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices). -
