About the Role: We’re looking for a strategic, relationship-driven, and business-minded individual to lead our Influencer Marketing (Celebrity) vertical. In this role, you’ll work closely with top celebrities, their teams, and brands to drive meaningful collaborations, long-term partnerships, and creative campaigns. You’ll be responsible for building new revenue opportunities while ensuring strong relationship management and creative execution. Key Responsibilities: Lead celebrity partnerships – manage end-to-end brand deals, from outreach to execution Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies tailored to celebrity personalities and brand objectives Build and nurture strong relationships with celebrities, managers, PR teams, and brand partners Identify brand fit opportunities and pitch talent for relevant collaborations Drive revenue targets by securing long-term deals, retainers, and IPs for top-tier talent Supervise junior talent managers/content teams to ensure timely execution and content alignment Collaborate with strategy, content, and BD teams for brand decks, talent profiles, and campaign pitches Stay ahead of celebrity, pop culture, and influencer trends to inform strategy Handle negotiation, contracts, timelines, and content approvals with professionalism and accuracy Requirements: 4 -5 years of experience in influencer marketing, celebrity management, or branded content (agency or in-house) Proven track record of managing celebrity campaigns or partnerships Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Deep understanding of the Indian influencer and entertainment landscape Ability to think creatively and strategically while handling fast-paced timelines Existing network across brand managers, PR, and talent teams is a plus What You'll Gain: Access to some of the biggest names in entertainment and influencer marketing Opportunity to lead celebrity-brand campaigns across fashion, beauty, lifestyle, and entertainment Fast-paced, collaborative team with room to innovate and grow Work environment where business meets culture and creativity
