Role Overview: We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team. This role is critical in driving business growth by generating high-quality leads, developing effective lead-generation strategies, and aligning them with the company’s sales and marketing goals. The ideal candidate will be experienced in using a variety of lead-generation tools, market research, and data-driven strategies to enhance customer acquisition and contribute to business development. Key Responsibilities: 1) Lead Generation Strategy: Develop and execute lead-generation strategies to attract potential clients in alignment with sales and marketing objectives. Identify target markets, define buyer personas, and create tailored lead-generation plans. Utilize inbound and outbound marketing strategies to generate qualified leads through multiple channels, including digital marketing, cold outreach, social media, email campaigns, and partnerships. 2) Data-Driven Insights: Analyze and interpret market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to improve lead-generation tactics. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of lead-generation campaigns and strategies. Provide regular reports on lead generation progress, conversion rates, and the quality of leads generated. 3) Lead Qualification and Nurturing: Qualify and segment leads to ensure they align with the company’s sales objectives and criteria. Work closely with the sales team to pass along qualified leads and ensure smooth handover for further engagement. Nurture long-term relationships with potential clients to ensure future business opportunities. 4) Market Research and Targeting: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, emerging trends, and areas for expansion. Research and develop strategies for targeting high-value clients, industries, and regions. 5) Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment on lead-generation goals, marketing campaigns, and content strategy. Share insights and feedback from potential clients to improve the company’s products and services. 6) Tool Management and Optimization: Use CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track leads, monitor performance, and manage outreach. Optimize and fine-tune lead-generation processes using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and other relevant platforms. Required Skills and Qualification: 1) Education: Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications in sales or marketing are a plus. 2) Experience: 5+ years of experience in lead generation , sales development, or business development roles. Proven track record in developing and executing successful lead-generation strategies. Strong experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales tools. 3) Skills: Analytical mindset with the ability to assess and leverage data for better decision-making. Proven communication skills , both written and verbal, for interacting with potential clients and internal teams. Strong understanding of digital marketing , social media platforms , and email campaigns . Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with targets and deadlines. Ability to think strategically , identify new opportunities, and provide innovative solutions.
