Anand Rathi Global Finance Ltd is hiring for the role of Risk Analyst- FI Lending with minimum experience of 3-5 years Location - Mumbai Role & Responsibilites- Risk Analysis and Evaluation: Analysis and finalization of proposal notes prepared by business team and ensuring compliance with all regulatory/internal guidelines Attending Sanctioning Committees meetings and presenting Risk team views for the account. Presentation to Top Management about the Overall FI portfolio. 2. Portfolio Monitoring: Regularly interacting with customers in the portfolio for credit related issues and monitoring. Interacting with rating agencies and other Lenders for due diligence. Monitoring of underlying portfolio through tracking of PAR/MFIN data, quarterly financials, news articles, security perfection etc. to maintain credit hygiene. 3. Industry Research: Conduct market and industry analyses to assess external factors influencing client performance. Stay updated on regulatory changes affecting the FI lending and corporate credit space. 4 . Documentation and Compliance: Ensure all credit proposals comply with internal policies and regulatory guidelines. Maintain accurate and complete credit files for all assigned clients.
