Experience in conducting requirement gathering workshops. Ability to map CRM Requirement to Salesforce Product Experience in creating CRM documentation like FIT Gap Documents, Traceability Matrix, BRDs, FRDs, FDDs, Test Cases, Cut Over Plans, etc Business process understanding across marketing, sales, service, commerce and field Service Deep knowledge and expertise across at least two of the solution sets of salesforce – Sales, Service, Marketing and Commerce.
