Overview: The Ecommerce Manager will lead the digital commerce strategy, operations, and growth for the brand across its D2C platform and selected luxury marketplaces. The role requires a strong blend of commercial acumen, aesthetic sensitivity, and technical know-how to optimize the online luxury experience while driving traffic, conversions, and revenue. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of luxury consumer behavior and brand presentation in a digital space. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and manage the end-to-end ecommerce strategy including platform management, digital merchandising, and online brand experience. • Lead the day-to-day operations of the ecommerce store—product listings, inventory sync, pricing, promotions, and content alignment. • Oversee order processing, fulfillment, returns, and customer service coordination to ensure a seamless post-purchase experience. • Analyze sales data, customer insights, and digital performance metrics to inform product, marketing, and UX decisions. • Collaborate with design and marketing teams to ensure seasonal content, campaigns, and product drops are well-integrated into the ecommerce calendar. • Optimize site performance including navigation, speed, mobile responsiveness, and conversion pathways. • Manage third-party integrations such as payment gateways, shipping platforms, and CRM tools. • Build relationships with luxury online marketplaces and manage product onboarding, pricing, and visibility. • Drive online revenue growth while preserving the brand's couture positioning and exclusive appeal. • Stay updated with ecommerce trends, tools, and luxury consumer behavior to continuously enhance the digital journey.
