Requirements: Need 3-5 years of core experience in general trade / modern trade retail sales with minimum 1 years experience as Key Accounts Manager Experience in independently signing, onboarding and managing key accounts in fashion, footwear and full stack departmental store networks Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets along with managing a team of field sales executives Experience working with founders / business leads on core strategic objectives. Advanced computer skills on MS Office especially MS Excel Experience in ERP systems like SAP, Zoho ERP or Tally EPR are preferred Must be goal oriented, assertive and a hands-on, problem solver. Should possess excellent communication skills with high attention to detail along with organizational and time management skills Must have a post graduate / graduate degree in sales & marketing, business etc related field Job Description: Managing & strengthening the existing offline business & operations with focus on developing deeper ties with channel partners Setting ; achieving the weekly & monthly sales targets at both channel & POS level Establishing & expanding the distribution network in both general trade & modern trade – appointing city level distributors and placements in leading modern retailers Finalizing all terms of trade (TOT) for standardization across retail formats and ensuring timely payment collection from all Working with channel partners for getting purchase orders and working with internal teams for planning inventory, dispatches, invoices etc Ensuring timely receipt of stocks, full inwards and further distribution to retailers with correct placement & visual merchandising. Designing & running trade promotion schemes for driving business growth Recruiting & training fleet on street (FOS) along with driving daily sales rigor with them across cities & markets
